Act

As an actress, Markeisha has appeared in many regional and NYC productions. She received an AUDELCO Award nomination for Lead Actress for her role as Savannah in Jamaica. Other performances include: The Radio in Caroline, or Change (Gallery Players Theater), Chess in Concert featuring Josh Groban (Actor’s Fund), As Thousands Cheer (New Harmony Theatre), The Jungle Book (Mill Mountain Theatre), and Reading Rainbow (Theatreworks USA). A graduate of Circle in the Square Theatre School in New York City, she is a member of Actor’s Equity Association and is represented by Renee Glicker at About Artists Agency.
